This is the certifying agency in Radiologic Technology. They examine candidates who have met specific standards through formal education at an accredited institution. They continue to monitor the quality of registered technologists by requiring they accumulate 12 hours of continuing education/ year.

 A. Provides certification in three areas:

1. Radiography
2. Nuclear Medicine
3. Radiation Therapy

B. Provides advanced level certification:

1. Mammography
2. Cardiovascular Interventional
3. Computed Tomography
4. Magnetic Resonance Imaging
5. Sonography

6. Quality Assurance
