State professional organization which began in 1939. The object of the Society is "to promote the art and science of radiography; to assist in establishing approved standards of education; recognize qualifications for those engaged in technical work and to provide continuing education meetings".

Must be ARRT registered and belong to the ASRT.

2. Associate
Must be ARRT registered.

3. Student
Must be enrolled in an accredited radiography educational program.

4. Supporting
Non-ARRT/ Limited technologists/ Sales

5. Inactive
No longer employed in radiology.

 

B. Provides

1. Continuing education through annual spring symposium, multi-modality, state meeting, and other events throughout the year.

 3. Is represented in the A.S.R.T. House of Delegates with 2 delegates. Supports and may be represented by Chapter Delegates of Region V of the A.S.R.T.
