The ISRT is proudly offering 2 FREE CEUs via Zoom on Sat, Jan 16 starting at 12:00 Noon. This is a trial run in case we are forced to have our 2021 Annual meeting online instead of in-person due to the ongoing pandemic issues.

The FREE CEUs will be presented by Matthew Millard, M.S.T.D., R.T. (R), (CT).

  • Ethics in Medical Imaging (CQR Patient Care – Patient Interactions and Management)
  • Digital Radiology Doesn’t Fix Everything (CQR Safety – Radiation Protection)

Complete the form below to register. The class is limited to the first 275 registrants. You do not have to be an ISRT member to participate and earn the CEUs, but all ISRT members will be able to access their certificates via the Member Portal.

More Information

  • We suggest you open the Zoom link early to ensure you are online when the CEUs start at 12:00 Noon.
  • The meeting will be monitored as required by the ASRT so you will have to keep your camera turned on you so the person monitoring the meeting can see your face. Please note that in-person meetings are also monitored, though you may not have realized that previously.
  • The topics are typical CEU corses. However, for those of you who are getting ready to prepare for CQR, we have reviewed the objectives for each lecture and have included the category it fulfills.

Save the Date!

  • Registration will open this Saturday, January 16, for the following events:
    • ISRT Annual Meeting – Friday, April 9, and Saturday, April 10, 2021, at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center and/or via Zoom due to COVID
    • ISRT Student/Educator Seminar – Thursday, April 8, and Friday, April 9, via Zoom.

ISRT Meeting Cancellations

By Events

To best protect the health and safety of our members, our students, and others in our community, the ISRT Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel our 80th annual ISRT meeting and Student-Educator meeting that was scheduled April 2-4, 2020. This is in line with the recent CDC guidance.

We understand that many of you schedule your continuing education meetings to coincide with your IDPH permit and ARRT renewals. We are pleased to inform you that joining the ISRT allows you online access to 12 CEUs per membership year. It’s also important to note that you can now access these CEUs on your mobile device!

Refunds: If you paid via PayPal, you’ll receive your refund via PayPal. If you paid via check, you’ll receive the check in the mail. If you paid via corporate check, the refund will be returned to the corporate entity via mail.

Please stay safe!

Thank you,
Terri Whyle, ISRT President
and the ISRT Board of Directors
