The Iowa Society of Radiologic Technologists (ISRT) was first established in 1939 and is an Affiliate of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. The purposes of the Society are to advance the science of medical imaging and radiation therapy, to maintain high standards of education, to enhance the quality of patient care, and to further the welfare and socioeconomics of radiologic technologists.
